Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Segment customer data and develop targeted engagement strategies
Design, implement, and monitor CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.)
Track and analyze customer behavior, retention, and lifetime value
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to optimize customer journeys
Ensure CRM data quality, integrity, and regular updates
Generate reports and insights on campaign effectiveness and customer trends
Assist with onboarding and training users on CRM processes and tools
Implement automation workflows to improve lead nurturing and customer engagement
Maintain GDPR and data privacy compliance in all CRM activities
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
2-5+ years of hands-on experience in a CRM role (executive or managerial level)
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)
Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
Good understanding of customer lifecycle and funnel management
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Admin, HubSpot CRM Certification)
Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages
Experience in customer success, digital marketing, or business analytics
