Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive

to build strong relationships with clients, address their needs effectively, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions or escalate to relevant departments. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote customer retention and loyalty programs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics. Assist in onboarding new clients and provide product/service training when required.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric mindset and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:



Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Multilingual abilities are an advantage. Experience in the industry (e.g., retail, banking, SaaS) depending on the company.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
