Job Description

Responsible for promoting service offers and campaigns to existing car service customers to increase workshop business.
Handles customer communication through calls, messages, and digital platforms.
Coordinates with service advisors to plan and execute marketing activities.
Tracks campaign response, customer feedback, and service conversions.
Supports customer retention and improves service revenue through targeted marketing.

Female candidates preferred with prior experience in outbound calling or telecalling.
Strong communication and convincing skills with customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle follow-ups, service reminders, and promotional calls effectively.
Basic knowledge of automobile service processes is an added advantage.
Work location: Kondapur, Hyderabad.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
