Job Description

Call customers for periodic service reminders, vehicle service due alerts, and promotional campaigns.
Follow up on service reminders, unsold estimates, and missed appointments.
Handle incoming customer calls related to service bookings, queries, and complaints
Book service appointments in the system as per customer convenience and workshop availability.
Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth check-in process.
Promote value-added services (VAS), extended warranties, or accessories during calls.
Upsell services like detailing, wheel alignment, engine flushing, etc.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM/database.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
