This commitment to excellence has allowed Bayar's Coffee to become a house-hold name.Job purpose: Customer Relationship Management plays a key role in supporting the Business to achieve its annual targets. You will provide comprehensive administration support to the function, supporting CRM activity across the business (Sales and Marketing) assisting in the maintenance of Business Development and Engagement pipelines.Key responsibilities and duties: 1. Build and maintain excellent customer relations and communications with key customers. Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all key customers.2. Understand the individual needs of the key customer and address them by coordinating with different departments like QA, Production, Legal, Dispatch, Accounts, Finance & the Management.3. Be a part of meetings conducted by the key customer with our teams to take minutes of the meeting and come up with action points.4. Follow up with our team members and with the key customer to implement the action points.5. Resolve complaints from key customers quickly and efficiently.6. Assist with the development of publicity materials like brochures and newsletters.7. Monitor the planning and implementation of social media campaigns. Update the company website with new content using the content management system (CMS).8. Coordinate the arrangement of client pitches and presentations.9. Provide day-to-day support to the Directors.10.Assist with the development of new packaging design by coordinating with the design team and the vendors of packaging material.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?360,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per yearJadwal:
