Job Description

Customer Interface

Act as the face of the dealership to customers visiting for service or inquiries. Maintain positive and professional relationships with all customers.

Service Coordination

Coordinate between service advisors, technicians, and customers to ensure timely updates and delivery.

Communication Bridge

Communicate service estimates, repair status, and job completion details to customers. Resolve complaints, feedback, and queries efficiently.

Customer Retention

Promote service reminders, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and loyalty programs. Encourage repeat visits and build long-term customer relationships.

Feedback Collection

Take customer feedback after service. Highlight unsatisfied cases to the CRM/CXM for prompt resolution.

Responsibilities of a CRE

Customer Handling

- Greet and assist customers during vehicle drop and delivery.
- Provide accurate job card information and delivery times.

Service Follow-up

- Call customers for service due reminders, post-service feedback.
- Maintain a follow-up tracker.

Complaint Management

- Register and escalate unresolved issues to CRM/CXM.
- Ensure proper closure and documentation of all complaints.

Documentation & Systems

- Update DMS with customer interaction data.
- Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and history.

CSI & E-Rating Management

- Work towards improving CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
- Ensure all parameters are explained for E-rating submission.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Parts, Workshop, and Delivery teams.
- Assist in timely updates to the customer during service.

Pay: ?9,113.93 - ?10,384.11 per month
