Accurate Calculation of Appointment Capacity
Carry out service appointment calling (inbound & outbound) and achieve daily appointment Targets
Tracking of Appointment Rate based on Hours and Number of Units with Appointment Control Board
Service Appointment Promotion / Effect Monitoring to achieve the set target
Ensure Targeted turn-up ratio against the appointments & No Show follow ups
Provide estimated repair cost & repair TAT to customers based on their VOCs
Establish a consulting relationship with customers by following guidelines and delivering uniform handling of customers, and by promoting the scope, value, and features of the products and services offered
Coordinating for loaner car and pick-and-drop facility wherever required and advise the Service Advisor accordingly.
Effective Post service feedback calling, Recall Campaign, Promotion of Service Campaigns
