Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to after-sales support. Gathering customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on customer satisfaction levels. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the dealership's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries. Effectively handling customer complaints and working towards satisfactory resolutions.
