What You'll Do
Warranty Claim Management:
Assessment & Decision-Making:Evaluate and make informed decisions on warranty claims, understanding the underlying technical issues, and resolving them efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.?
Order Creation for Replacements:Generate orders to facilitate timely replacements, maintaining product availability and customer trust.?
Defect Trend Analysis & Improvement:
Root Cause Analysis (RCA):Analyze top trending defects, collaborate with suppliers to validate root causes, and implement corrective actions.?
Continuous Monitoring:Monitor defect trends post-correction to ensure sustained improvements and prevent recurrence.?
Repairability & Serviceability:
Evaluation & Reporting:Assess the repairability of defects in various products and prepare detailed serviceability reports before market launch, ensuring cost-effective and efficient repairs.?
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Team Coordination:
Work closely with the community desk team and other departments to understand customer issues, ensure effective resolution, and enhance the overall customer experience.?
Continuous Product Quality Improvement:
Quality Monitoring:Track and analyze product quality performance in the market, proposing and implementing improvements to meet and exceed quality standards.?
Data Preparation & Reporting
:
Management Presentations:Prepare and present data on trending defects, corrective actions taken, and risk assessments to the management, facilitating informed decision-making for quality improvement strategies.
Hands on experience with RCA, Customer Quality and Process Improvement.
Skillset:
SPC, Six Sigma, LEAN, Supplier Escalation, 8D , CAPA, Excel etc.
Competencies:
Strong communication & Inter personal skills, Flexibility to travel based on the requirement.
