This role will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Portfolio Management: Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. 2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored insurance solutions. 3. Insurance Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in various life insurance products and services, providing knowledgeable advice to customers. 4. Retention Strategies: Develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and increase customer lifetime value. 5. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and claims efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products to existing customers, thereby maximizing revenue. 7. Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations for portfolio management. 8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies. 9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and provide insights to the management team. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a strong understanding of life insurance products. - Proven track record in customer portfolio management and relationship building. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
