Responsibilities :
  • Understanding, solving and replying to the player\'s queries on email, Play Store reviews, or any other medium.
  • Should become the voice of customer to the Product team.
  • Gathering deep knowledge of our games and keeping yourself updated about new features released.
  • Communicating player\'s issues with the Product and Tech team regularly and clearly to get them resolved.
Requirements:
  • Very good communication skills- written as well as verbal. Preferably English& Hindi both.
  • Should be interested in B2C Products
  • Should be able to empathize with users.
  • Must have basic knowledge about mobile technology.
  • Must enjoy playing games
  • Good computer skills are must

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
