Greet and direct customers2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)3. Answer customers' questions about specific products/services4. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing5. Cross-sell products6. Ensure racks are fully stocked7. Manage returns of merchandise8. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)9. Inform customers about discounts and special offers10. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager11.
