Job Description

- NPS, Market Research & Insights: Lead research projects, translate data into insights, collaborate on client strategies.

- Client & Relationship Management: Own and manage key client accounts, ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Customer Journey Mapping: Map and analyze customer journeys, recommend CX improvements.

- Team Collaboration & Strategic Inputs: Work cross-functionally, support leadership, contribute to thought leadership.

- Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities, build strong pipelines, create custom proposals.

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
