Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken.
Answering customer queries on both Amazon and Flipkart.
Reverting on product reviews.
Identifying common problems.
Getting more Feedback.
Reverting on Feedback received. SKILL SET REQUIRED
Proficiency in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle the pressure ELIGIBILITY
Graduate/Post Graduate in engineering or computer applications STIPEND
Will be finalized only after a personal interview/Reviewing the application.
