Job Responsibilities :1. Inbound Call Handling :- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our products/services.- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.2. Outbound Callings :- Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to promote our products/services.- Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement.- Generate leads and contribute to the expansion of our customer base.3. WhatsApp Engagement :- Engage with customers through WhatsApp to provide personalized assistance and support.- Implement WhatsApp marketing strategies to share promotions, updates, and relevant information.- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp promptly.4. Mail Marketing :- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships.- Create engaging email content, newsletters, and promotional materials.- Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.5.
