Monitors operational performances and jumps in when customer satisfaction is at risk; upholds communication matrix and escalates if required

Responsibilities

  • Coordination between Customer, HO / RO & the FTL Br team / PTL , network team, cross docks for all aspects of business.
  • Coordination with customer /Solution/ Branch and network teams for RFQ rate submission
  • Monitoring overall FTL / PTL, Network business growth
  • Drive customer KPIs along with Vendor performance
Requirements
  • Complete understanding transportation business & operating market.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people
  • Positive Attitude
  • Negotiation Aptitude and sustain Vendor relationships
  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
  • Solid judgement with ability to make good decision
  • Logical and systematic approach to work
  • Analytical Skill, ability to solve problems and make decisions, think laterally and offer creative solutions
