Your day to day responsibilities will include: Should be able to set the targets for the renewals based on the month portfolio To support the branches for the retention, renewals & increase the branch revenue via price increase & up selling Compliant Management- To identify & resolve the customers complaints within the specific timelines Alert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvement Conduct regular review & terminate the non-revival accounts Should be able to analyze data and over the challenging areas to improve month-on-month performance. Should be able to share the monthly dashboard with the analysis and recommendations Requirements About the Role: Focus on the client retention, renewals & price increase & up selling Compliant Management- To identify & resolve the customers complaints within the specific timelines Alert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvement Conduct regular review & terminate the non-revival accounts Job Responsibilities: SPOC for Branch Renewals Total concentration on Renewal business only Sole Responsible On time CCM/SQS/SQA Timely Terminations Coordination between Customers & Operations Increase in Branch New Sales as Branch CSEs can focus only on New sales Reduction in Outstanding Lead Generation Key Result Areas: Advance Renewal Followup / CCM Customer Objection Handling - with the help of operation Renewal letter with PI Regular follow up for renewal and updation in Renewal portal OCC entry from Renewal portal Timely termination from renewal portal Outstanding followup SQA Competencies (Skills essential to the role): Clear communication skills. Attentiveness Ability to use positive language.
