Welcome new customers post-booking and introduce them to the next steps of the sales and documentation process.
Serve as a single point of contact for customer queries, updates, and support throughout the purchase journey.
Regularly update customers on project progress, payment milestones, and possession timelines.
2. Documentation & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, CRM, and Projects) for agreement preparation, registration, and other documentation requirements.
Ensure all customer documents are collected, verified, and processed accurately.
Maintain a well-organized customer database and track communication logs.
3. Customer Engagement & Experience
Conduct periodic check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction during various project stages.
Handle escalations empathetically and ensure timely resolution of customer grievances.
Organize customer meets, site visits, and handover events to enhance customer engagement.
4. Post-Sales & Handover
Manage possession formalities, snag checks, and handover documentation.
Support customers in understanding maintenance procedures and post-possession services.
Collect feedback post-handover to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
5. Customer Retention & Referrals
Encourage repeat sales and referrals through trust-based relationships and excellent service.
Implement initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and brand reputation.
Maintain a record of referrals and track conversion ratios.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional language preferred).
Strong customer handling, empathy, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
Positive attitude, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
2-5 years of experience
in Customer Relations / Customer Delight / Post-Sales Support, preferably in
Real Estate (plot sales, residential, or commercial projects)
.
Experience handling client documentation, registrations, or RERA processes will be an added advantage.
