Customer Communication Specialist
Job Description
Strong understanding of various customer servicing platforms with proven track record of managing different customer servicing platforms viz. SMSes, WhatsApp, Emails, Chats, etc. Content writing skills is preferred. Experience in handling projects is desirable. Experience in Net Promoter Score is desirable. Strong administration and organizational skills - Proactive, with ability to work on own initiative. Must be able to work calmly and autonomously in highly pressurized and rapidly changing environments Ability to work to defined deadlines and prioritize workload. Ability to analyze data to provide management reports. Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills. Friendly disposition, Team-player and Flexible Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
