The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer services. Role and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Managing outbound and inbound calls in timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Provide accurate information about products and services. \xc2\xb7 Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 seize opportunity to upsell the product. \xc2\xb7 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open & interactive communication. \xc2\xb7 Provide appropriate solution and substitute within the specified timeframe and follow up to ensure resolution. \xc2\xb7 Maintain Client Interaction logs in CRM. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. You will be a perfect fit, if you have \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills and customer centric approach. \xc2\xb7 Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situation. \xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills and familiar with MS Office \xc2\xb7 Problem Solving Attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to work in flexible hours. .
