Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, accounts, etc.) to address customer needs.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing customer feedback to management.
