5. Excellent communication
6. Basic knowledge on ads for facebook and google.
7. Must be familiar with customer support etiquette.
8. Basic experience on client handling.
9. Minimum 1 year and maximum 6 years of experience.
10. Experience in research.
11. Knowledge of Saas products and CRM added advantage.
