Job role- Customer Support Associate Job Location: VIKHROLI, MUMBAI Job description: International Voice Process Responsibilities: \xef\x83\x98 In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. \xef\x83\x98 Candidate expected interactions are within the Candidate team and direct supervisor. \xef\x83\x98 Candidate will be provided detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that you make that would impact Candidate work. \xef\x83\x98 The candidate will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day-to-day business and use them while discussing with stakeholders. \xef\x83\x98 Candidate will be required to help in the overall team\'s workload by managing Candidate deliverables and helping the team when required. \xef\x83\x98 Candidate will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work. Shift time - Mandatory working in Night Shift (US / UK Shift) Education - Graduates & Undergraduates ( with International Voice Exp ) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
- Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
