Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company. Your role will include:

Handling inbound customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries. Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely manner. Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Ensuring customer satisfaction and striving for a first-contact resolution. Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary.

Qualifications

:

Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-first mentality. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications. High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
