Job Description

Experience: 0-2 years in customer service



Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer's queries in Hindi and English.

Maintain customer records by updating account information.

Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.



Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer

support.

Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in computer usage and basic data entry.

Requirements:



Languages:

Fluency in Hindi and English

(spoken is a must; written is a plus).

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in a voice process (BPO or call center) is an advantage.

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
