(Operation) : Coordinating with MEP, Security, House Keeping & Parking Team. : Making Snag reports. : Coordinating with Project team for Mall renovation work. : Weekly meetings with the out source team members. : Customer service \xe2\x80\x93 CCE are required to interact with patrons on a daily basis and are adept at communicating with these customers in a friendly, professional manner. : Retail relations \xe2\x80\x93 CCE act as the Mall Management voice for a shopping center and therefore must frequently interact with the media, the local community, and even law enforcement. : Government compliance \xe2\x80\x93 Require to coordinate with all government departments need to handle and assist all contracts and zoning ordinances. : Credit control assistance \xe2\x80\x93 CCE is responsible for financial aspects of the Mall whichincluding rent , CAM , Utilities collection, parking collection. : Retail and service provider Communication \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible can effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals, including property management, retail management, security staff, Housekeeping , MEP & Parking staff middle management. : Records , Reports and inventory \xe2\x80\x93CCE need maintain track inventory, record , record day to day operations SOPS , and other administrative tasks. : Handling Parking Department. : Looking after Parking checklist, Attendance & grooming standard of all staffs. : Coordinating with the retailers & their issues with the concern team & try to fix their problem ASAP. : Handling Stilt Parking, LG Parking & Periphery Area. : Coordinating with Project team for Mall renovation work Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9200,000.00 - 9300,000.00 per year Benefits:
