  • Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally & provide information about products/services take/cancel orders
  • Keep records of customer interactions/transactions, details of enquiries, complaints/comments, as well as actions taken

  • Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Local language
  • Prior experience in efficiently handling customer queries
  • Soft spoken, ability to handle pressure and stay focused during peak hours Role Customer Service
