Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of internal and external customer's issues and troubleshoot them through a befitting solution in a timely manner.
  • Handling the queries of Client with benefitted solutions.
  • Able to infuse more and more technology to the department.
  • To Learn and motivate your team to learn about organization's products or services and stay up to date with the changes implemented.
  • Able to communicate through mails and messages.
  • Always be helpful to client and ready for accepting the new challenges.
  • Get the knowledge for system updated on timely basis and making it most useful for internal and eternal customers.
  • Punctual and dedicated for own responsibility.
  • Sound knowledge for English ,Gujarati and Hindi.
  • Best management knowledge for smooth flow of inquiries and complaints through effectively managing a team made up of customer service workers.
  • Provide training and take feedback from the team.

  • Graduate
Experience:
  • Min 1-3 years
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Morning shift
