Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based clients and perform data entry on the given software. 2. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. 3. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. 4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Requirements 1. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. 3. Should be comfortable while talking to US clients. 5. Experience with MS Office tools, google sheets etc. 6. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. 7. Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively. 8. Should be able to make and answer at least 15 - 20 calls in a day. Qualification Required: Any graduate with good communication skills and relevant experience (Freshers are also welcomed.) Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb912,500.00 per month Benefits:
