Job Description


  • Experience working in Healthcare & Skin product company as a Customer Care Executive.
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Fluent in speaking English.
  • Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents in CRM Tool.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
