Responsibilities:

Update and manage customer information accurately in CRM or database systems.

5. Follow Up:

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

6. Escalate Complex Issues:

Forward unresolved or complex issues to higher departments when necessary.

7. Achieve Targets:

Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rate.

8. Collect Feedback:

Record customer feedback to help improve products or services.

9. Maintain Professionalism:

Communicate effectively and courteously, maintaining the company's reputation.

10. Coordinate with Other Departments:

Work with sales, technical, or operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
