Primary Roles : Answer all calls that come to Ather Retail Space - provide guidance and information over the phone to help them purchase Ather electric scooter Initial meet and greet - welcome customers who enter Ather Retail Space - offer assistance and guide them to a Product Specialist if required Responsibilities : Attend inbound calls and provide suitable assistance/guidance to potential customers Update Call/ Customer details on DMS - ensure good data clarity Provide sufficient product information and engage with the customers if all PS are busy or unavailable Assist the sales team in ensuring good time management, opening/ closing SOP\'s are followed at Ather Experience Centre Additionally : Supporting the sales ops team at the dealership by making outbound calls to customers when neccessary- to verify customer information etc Ensure excellent process hygiene while using DMS or when handling paperwork and support dependent teams Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Benefits:
