Responsibilities and Duties \xe2\x9e\xa2 Good at Customer Interaction and Listening Skills, willing to take initiative to resolve issues. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Flexible with rotational shifts (24*7 Shift timings) High energy and positive attitude \xe2\x9e\xa2 Good verbal and written communications skills in English Ability to work well in a team environment \xe2\x9e\xa2 Flexible to with work in any shift \xe2\x9e\xa2 NO Sales / No target, just need to serve client with good customer service. \xe2\x9e\xa2 OT / Incentives also available for extra work. \xe2\x9e\xa2 20 Days training with paid stipend post successful certification result. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 98,706.31 - 926,652.97 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Education:
