Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints from customers promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer queries. Utilize CRM tools to record and manage customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate and track shipments, providing real-time updates to customers. Qualifications Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive, preferably in the logistics industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments. Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
