• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
• Maintain a high level of empathy and patience while handling customer concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a pleasant telephone manner.
• Ability to work from home, equipped with a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
• Empathetic and patient approach towards customer queries and concerns.
