Designation: Customer Care Executive OR Tele Caller Experience: 2 Or 3 Years
Qualification: Graduation/Diploma
Role and Responsibility 1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing & prospective customers.
2. Aids in developing and maintaining strong customers\xe2\x80\x99 relationships.
3. Resolving office-related issues
4. Answering phone calls and taking messages
5. Have to resolve customer queries over Calls and Email.
6. Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
7. Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
8. Manage customer queries as per defined process
9. Ensure customer is explained and satisfied with response provided
10.Zero customer escalations
11.Good typing speed and written communication skills
12.Manage email response rate and customer TAT Essential requirements: 1.Graduate or equivalent Diploma/Professional degree.
2. Excellent communication skills - oral and written
3. Respects diversity in employees
4. Good typing speed Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
