Job Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Handling customer queries
  • Provide information about services
  • To convert all enquiries into appointments
  • To schedule Appointments
  • Follow up with Missed Appointments
  • Cold Calling the Database to maximize capacity utilization
Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years Call Centre Experience.
  • Good Communication Skills and English should be Fluent.
  • Outbound sales or lead generation experience is must.
