  • Provide exceptional customer support when communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high-quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Resolve tickets over the telephone and email - Analyse customer-reported information to identify problems and concerns.
  • Perform problem research when necessary.
  • Deliver high-quality and timely resolutions to problems.
  • Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.
  • Track and manage resolution on customer\'s behalf.
  • Successfully answer questions.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree 1+ years in the IT industry.
  • Candidate Should Have Strong Communication (conversant in English & Hindi) & Presentation Skills.
  • Candidate Should Have Basic Computer Knowledge.
  • CRM/E-commerce-based application experience is preferred.
  • A self-driven and motivated personality.
  • Candidate Should Have Customer-Centric Approach.
  • Candidate with designing & web designing skills will be preferred.
  • Candidates should have hand-on experience with Excel.
  • Social media handling skills will be preferred.
  • Candidate should be able to work with Funnels, Canva, Facebook & Instagram.
  • Candidate should have presentation Skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Silent place to operate or work from.
  • Should have their own computer or laptop.
  • Clean microphone and camera is required.
  • Should be available to work 6 days a week.
Employment Type Full-time Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
