Job Description

  • Require experience in Customer Care
  • Handling Inbound & Outbound calls, Email, and social media process
  • Answering customers' inquiries & providing support via Chat, Email, and Social Media/ providing the right information.
  • Communicates with other departments to answer customers' inquiries, and solve their problems.
  • Previous exposure to manufacturing industry will be desirable.
Requirements * Age limit- 20 to 38 Years
  • Qualification- Any Graduate mandatory
  • Min. 1+ Years of experience in Customer Care
  • Excellence in English Speaking & Writing
  • Excellent communication and logical thinking are the priority.
