Roles & Responsibility
\xe2\x80\xa2Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls \xe2\x80\xa2Generate sales leads \xe2\x80\xa2Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction \xe2\x80\xa2Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication \xe2\x80\xa2Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas \xe2\x80\xa2Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution \xe2\x80\xa2Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents \xe2\x80\xa2Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies \xe2\x80\xa2Take the extra mile to engage customers. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: 910,470.71 - 917,829.36 per month Benefits:
