Job Responsibilities



Handle incoming and outgoing calls/chats/emails from customers Understand customer queries and provide effective solutions Record and resolve customer complaints Maintain customer data and service records Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department

Key Skills Required



Excellent communication skills (Hindi and/or English)

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

Patience and professionalism

Ability to work in a team and under pressure

Qualifications



Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (as per requirement)

Prior experience in customer service is a plus (Freshers can also apply)

Salary



?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
