Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats. Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software. Provide product/service information to customers. Escalate complex issues to the senior team or relevant departments.
