Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and within established timelines.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Logistics, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary.
