Customer service: Answer customer queries by phone, email, or chat, and provide information to help customers use a product or service Customer retention: Proactively engage with customers to build loyalty and enhance retention Customer feedback: Gather customer feedback and share it with product development, sales, and marketing teams Technical issues: Analyze and report product malfunctions, and follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved New features: Inform customers about new features and functionalities Training: Train junior customer service representatives Teamwork: Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues Customer complaints: Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance Customer satisfaction: Ensure customers are satisfied so they are more likely to come back Company image: Build a positive image of the company by helping customers
