  • ? Provide superior Customer Experience on Chat/Email/Call.
? Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
? Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
? Collaborate with team members, and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
? Follow the company\xe2\x80\x99s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
? Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
? 12th pass can apply
? Freshers are considered
?Good Communication Required .
? Rotational shifts .( day and night ) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: \xe2\x82\xb911,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb913,000.00 per month Benefits:
