Job Description


1. To follow up with customer for service feedback. 2. To follow up with existing, past and new customers. 3. To maintain Customer MIS and Reports as per requirement. 4. To handle social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. 5. To regular update company offerings on social media platform. 6. Sound knowledge of English ( Spoken and Written Preferred) Desired Skills & Abilities: 1. Sweet pleasant voice. 2. Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills. 3. Quick Learner 4. Sound knowledge of Excel, Word and Power-point. 5. Urgent Joiners preferred. 6. This is a 10 to 7 job and not shifting job 7. Please Note that this is not a typical target oriented sales job. 8.
