Job Description

Customer interaction: Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and building a positive rapport. Problem-solving: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally by identifying the issue's root cause and providing effective solutions. Issue escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved problems to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure a timely resolution. Documentation and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Sales and retention: In some roles, you may process orders, handle returns, process payments, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to improve customer retention. Team collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to resolve customer concerns and offer comprehensive solutions. Knowledge management: Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
