Job Overview -

A CCE is responsible overseeing the entire operations process & responsible for ensuring operations deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.

Education - Any Graduate, with MBA can be preferred.

Skills (Technical / Computer / Soft skills etc.) - Must have excellent computer skills excel, word etc.

Knowledge and Experience - Excellent Communication Skill - 3-6 yrs work experience preferable in real estate / retail industry.

Responsibilities

Looking after the in house Retailers Complaints & getting resolved from relevant department. (Retail Operations)

Sending Reports & Analyzing.

Event Organizing. (Marketing)

Events for retail Partners. (Retail Operations)

Looking after fit out work of brands. (Operation)

Coordinating with MEP, Security, House Keeping & Parking Team.

Making Snag reports.

Coordinating with Project team for Mall renovation work.

Weekly meetings with the out source team members.

Customer service\xef\xbf\xbd CCE are required to interact with patrons on a daily basis and are adept at communicating with these customers in a friendly, professional manner

Retail\xef\xbf\xbd relations\xef\xbf\xbd CCE act as the Mall Management voice for a shopping center and therefore must frequently interact with the media, the local community, and even law enforcement

Government compliance \xef\xbf\xbd Require to coordinate with all government departments need to handle and assist all contracts and zoning ordinances

Credit control assistance \xef\xbf\xbd CCE\xef\xbf\xbd is responsible for financial aspects of the Mall which\xef\xbf\xbd including rent , CAM , Utilities collection, parking collection\xef\xbf\xbd

Retail and service provider Communication Responsible\xef\xbf\xbd can effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals, including property management, retail management,

Records , Reports and inventory \xef\xbf\xbdCCE need maintain\xef\xbf\xbd track inventory, record , record day to day operations SOPS , and other administrative tasks.
