Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages professionally
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate cases when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are completely resolved.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and proactive communication.
Coordinate with internal departments like sales, service, logistics, and technical teams.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, resolution time, and service quality.
Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues.
Maintain company standards and represent the brand positively.
