JOB DESIGNATION: Process Associate JOB LOCATION: Jaipur JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Making outbound calls to the US to check Claim status, Handling denials, and Patient Eligibility.
- To check Insurance Follow-up
- Meet the Productivity and Quality targets within stipulated time
- 5 days working (Sat-Sun off)
- Shift timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
- Cab, meal, and insurance policy
- International voice process
- Salary - 18000 CTC to 20000 CTC for fresher
- 21000 CTC to 24000 CTC for experienced
- Graduates in any Discipline (other than BTech pursuing and BTech 2022)
- Good Command over English (Oral & Written)
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Good Analytical Skills
- Computer Savvy
- Good Listening Skills
- Food provided
